Day 2 - In Kyiv

We landed in Kyiv this afternoon at a little after 4 with little to no problems. I can't say absolutely no problems because Megan got really sick on the flight over from DC to Munich. It was most likely my fault because I woke her up for breakfast earlier than her Ambien wanted her to be up. She declined the offered breakfast in favor of a sick bag, but in her words "God used it for good." Our flight was delayed almost two hours leaving DC which put us at having a really short amount of time to connect in Munich, 25 minutes once we actually landed. Well since she wasn't feeling well, I was able to rustle up an electric golf cart to give us a lift to our gate and we made it JUST in time (the last two people on board). Not only that, but they moved us up to Business Class where the air was better. They provided pure oxygen for her which really helped, and a nice lady from economy offered to balance her chi to help her feel better. We graciously declined. To the left you'll see the DC sunset photo as promised. Also, we bought a deck of cards there and were both surprised that the joker card wasn't a politician...
Tomorrow brings a little sight-seeing if Megan feels up to it then church tomorrow night with some Ukranian believers! Have a blessed Saturday (Mark, hope you haven't forgotten that you're leading small group tonight)
